Mail never fails. Sending targeted mail to those people that you expect to respond can be a very good start for new marketers. This eliminates the time spent on people less likely to respond rather increases the chances of getting more patients or sales. You should target people who are relatively new in your area. A recent statistics shows that new movers are more likely to respond to targeted direct mail than established residents.

Concentrate on what you want to promote. Plainly said, you simply can't promote something that you absolutely know nothing about. With that said, you must concentrate on your line of specialization.
